Refunds and Returns for Web Purchases

It is our mission at Dexter Parts Online is to deliver excellent & unparalleled service and customer satisfaction. In that regard you may return any (( See Dexter Exception ) new and unused item purchased from our website for a refund within 10 days of the receipt of your shipment.
DEXTER AXLE EXCEPTION:
Unfortunately, Dexter Axle has found it necessary to impose a NO RETURN policy on all special order parts shipped direct from a Dexter warehouse to our customers.
We are now required to get a Dexter Parts Special Order Request Form signed prior to placing your order.
If the Item has been used or installed, No refunds will be made. Simply e-mail us at Sales@DexterPartsOnline.com and a representative will give you the necessary return goods authorization (RGA). They will also give you instructions regarding location to return the item. Items returned intact will encounter a minimum 25% restocking charge. Special order items have a minimum 35% restock fee. Shipping charges for items shipped to you (even if item was sent with free shipping) & for returning items will be your responsibility unless the reason for return was an error BY Dexter Parts Online. Refunds will be made once the returned item has been received and inspected. We will notify you via e-mail when the return and refund has been processed. Please allow 14 days from the date we receive the order for the processing of the credit back to your account. Actual shipping and handling charges (including Items Showing, Delivery Included or Free Delivery) will be deducted from the product credit unless the return is a result of an error by Dexter Parts Online.
Packaging and Shipping Your Return
Once you have received a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) e-mail from Trailer Parts 4U , wrap the package securely. Include a copy of the RGA e-mail with the shipment. Clearly mark the outside of the package with the RGA number. We recommend you use an insured shipping service that provides delivery confirmation such as UPS or US Mail. Dexter Parts Online will instruct you on the location to ship your return via the RGA e-mail.
Dexter Parts Online is required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in South Carolina. The appropriate state and local taxes will be added to shipments made to South Carolina.
